Elli Avram's dream: A film with Salman Khan

Elli Avram, who got eliminated from Bigg Boss7 never expected to last this long in the show. “I thought I will be evicted in the first week itself,” she says. Nevertheless, she is sad to be out because a few weeks more and she would have made it to the finale. “Yes, but I guess I was not providing any entertainment compared to the others, so I got out,” reasons Elli who was one of the most genial contestants in the house. She got along well with pretty much everybody and made a few close friends in Hazel, Ratan Rajput, Andy and Sangram Singh.

“Ratan was completely down-to-earth. Talking to her was like talking to my family,” says the Mickey Virus actress. Andy, she says, was the one who cheered her the most when she was feeling low.
Tell her that she also seemed to be a favourite of  host Salman Khan and she says, “I am grateful to Salman for every nice thing that he said. The biggest compliment he gave me was that I look more Indian than any other contestant in the house.” What about being compared to Katrina Kaif? “Wow, that was a huge thing for me. I have always liked Katrina, she is hardworking and a good actress,” she says. So, does she see any chances of being in a Salman film? “That will be a dream come true,” she smiles.

Koffee with Karan's teaser out, Salman Khan plays guest

Filmmaker and host of the popular celebrity chat show 'Koffee with Karan' Karan Johar has finally let the beans out of the jar, and revealed the person he'll engage in a witty banter with in the opening episode of the show's fourth season.

In the recently released teaser of the show, Karan is seen in his witty-best, while quizzing superstar Salman Khan. Not known to let one slide Karan went as far as making the 'Dabangg' star fumble, after he asked him why he's avoided the show till now.

The show will air on December 1, at 9 pm, and the promising opening will sure put to rest any debate about Salman's and Shah Rukh's armies of loyals and how they don't ever cross borders.

That's not all. According to a reports, Salman's father Salim Khan will too make an appearance on the show. Let's all tune in and enjoy the show.

Bigg Boss contestant Elli Avram is getting maximum votes. Courtesy Salman Khan fans?

Elli Avram, a virtual unknown, amidst ‘celebrities’ in the Bigg Boss house, is recieving a huge number of votes. The foreign import, and heroine of Mickey Virus is getting love from Salman Khan fans. That she is a favourite is something he has not bothered to conceal on the national television.
On her part, Elli is going all out to impress the host Salman. From crooning romantic numbers Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam to dancing to Fevicol Se (both songs are from his films) this contestant is leaving no stone unturned to charm the superstar.
Right from the opening episode, Salman has been open about his fondness for her. He also generously promoted her film Mickey Virus and praised her performance. Last weekend, he told Sunny Deol, who had come on the sets to promote his film, that Elli was a replica of Katrina in her initial Bollywood days. Now, whether Salman casts Elli for his next movie, considering his penchant for launching new girls, remains to be seen, but in the meantime Elli is in a win-win situation. His liking for her has spawned a huge voting bank for the pretty girl.
The Greek-Swedish actress has managed to outstay popular TV stars like Ratan Rajput and Balika Vadhu actress Pratyusha Banerjee. Last week, when Salman asked the eliminated Pratyusha to name the shrewdest person in the house, pat came the reply, “Elli” and then she coyly added, “Sorry.” When Salman asked her why she was apologising, she smiled knowingly!
A source says that Elli has been getting maximum votes to continue in the house. “Salman’s fans have been voting for her as they think bhai likes her.” Says another source,“She has been getting votes from day one, irrespective of the Salman connection.” The channel, however, refused to

Does Arbaaz Khan prefer Katrina Kaif over Salman Khan?

Salman Khan has handheld his brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail, for a long time, but not anymore. Arbaaz Khan wants to start with his next installment of Dabbang, but thanks to Salman’s blocked schedule over the next two years, the movie might see light of the day not before mid 2015.
Meanwhile Arbaaz has decided to make a women centric film, which would have a lesser famous hero alongside a top starlet from the industry. A little birdie tells us that Arbaaz has approached Katrina Kaif for the role. Although Katrina has prominently not featured in any of Arbaaz’s previously produced films, this might be a first one.
It is said that the script of the movie has been locked and it would not have Salman for even a cameo. Arbaaz Khan said to a leading daily, “It’s a strong woman-oriented story and doesn’t need any starry props.” This clearly gives airs to some tiff between the two brothers. What do you think

Genelia D’souza to play Salman Khan’s sister in Jai Ho?

The actor will do a cameo in Salman’s much talked about film When Kareena Kapoor Khan was at Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 7 recently, she jokingly gifted the script of Dabangg 10 to Salman and asked him to cast her in the film. However Salman who as always was in a wicked mood, took a whip at Bebo and replied that she will have to play the role of his mother in the film. So we now hear that another young married actor has bagged a role in Sallu’s upcoming film. What role will Salman have for her then?
Genelia D’souza has been missing from the silver screen for quite some now, but Genny fans here’s some good news. Ms. D’Souza Deshmukh is ready for films and is all set to comeback. The Deshmukh bahu will do a cameo in Salman’s upcoming film Jai Ho which is being directed by Sallu’s brother Sohail Khan. Will she play Salman’s love interest in the film? Will she be given the role of Dabangg Khan’s sister considering her marital status?
We certainly hope that Sallu doesn’t decide to give the chirpy cute Genelia his sis’ role, after all hadn’t he offered the very sexy Bebo his mother’s role?
